Jeffrey R. Zephir LLC is an actively licensed Architect  in the State of Florida, New York Massachusetts, Connecticut and North Carolina and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Since its founding in 2002, Jeffrey R. Zephir Architect LLC has provided architectural services on several high level condominium renovations, single family homes, commercial, medical and resort / hospitality type projects.

Mr. Zephir is a graduate of the School of Architecture at Syracuse University receiving a Five Year, First Professional Degree in Architecture.
