Mr. Zephir worked in Eastern Europe from 1996 to 2002 as the Manager of Design for the Chicago based Golub and Company, (headed by Mr. Gene Golub the developer of “The Bristol” in West Palm Beach, FL.) creating the first Class A Office Buildings in Russia and Poland.
