Mr. Zephir started his “Hands On” construction career at the age of 17, working for T.A. Pearson, Inc, founded by Mr. T.A.Pearson, the Construction Manager of the Chrysler Building in New York City.

After his tenure with T.A. Pearson, Mr. Zephir worked internationally as the Manager of Design and Construction on the 100,000 square foot “Atrium at Nevsky 25” in St. Petersburg, Russia (1996 – 1999) and  the 540,000 square foot International Business Center in Warsaw Poland (1999 – 2002) for the Chicago based real estate developer Golub and Company, the developer of the Bristol Condominium in West Palm Beach, FL.
